Fuelled by their learning and connection to the mission during their Fellowship, our Fellows have a multiplier effect as Alumni, driving long term systemic change towards educational equity. Nearly 74 percent of our Alumni are working in positions of influence across sectors in the education ecosystem: in schools, nonprofits, corporates, and with national and local government bodies.
