Rajshree has a world of experience in various different spaces in the education space. She started working in SPJ Sadhna school in 1986 where she joined as a volunteer, and continued to work as a teacher, as well as lead workshops. 10 years later, she joined Akanksha where she again started as a volunteer and went on to run her own centre for 8 years. Meanwhile, she also assisted in training other teachers in Akanksha, helping in curriculum development, and launched two new programs- Akanksha Teacher Fellowship and Service Leadership Program, for their alum. She has been associated with Teach For India since its inception when joined as a PM in 2009 for 2 years and supported CDs and SPMs until 2016. Currently she has been leading TFIx since 2016.
