Madhukar is the Founder and CEO of Leadership For Equity, an organisation that aims to practice and build leadership rooted in radically changing public education systems. His work has primarily been focused on the Maharashtra government systems. He is also the Head of Education Track at Pune City Connect, where he works with municipal administrators, corporate leaders, NGOs and school teams to develop and implement a working agenda for scaling quality education in Pune. Prior to this, he worked with Teach For India, Gray Matters India and Larsen & Toubro. Madhukar is 2015 Acumen India Fellow.
